Our service

We work with beginners as well as competitive athletes. This includes focus on technique, bio mechanical and physiological aspects of each discipline: Learn to train without injuries, with the right diet and realistic goals. Choose between walking, biking, running and kayaking or all three of them!

Personal Training options
 

Our "Starter Pack": one hour personal training session per week on your chosen discipline, and detailed advice on what to do between those sessions: price $360.

Use the above 6 week options to prepare for a specific event i.e. the Kepler, Easter Half Marathon, the Moke Lake Triathlon, Womens''triathlon, Goldrush, Coast to Coast

Share a personal training program with one or two friends (Maximum)
For example on a "Starter Pack" 1 hour a week, 6 weeks: $240 p/p for 2 persons $180 p/p for 3 persons



Online coaching:

After receiving your details on how much previous experience you have and how much time you wish to allocate to training, we will help you determine your goals and design a personalised training program in bocks of 8 weeks.
This program then becomes our base document for online coaching. Some alterations are likely in your program according to the feedback you give us. A
minimum of 1 email communication per week is necessary to make the most of this service


Pricing

From $120  for a 6 sessions/week,  8 week training program, all email exchanges included, to $240 for a 12 sessions/week, 8 week program
